Finding a park

Browse shows every park, honestly ranked. The chips above the grid are quick filters; the Filters drawer holds everything. Tapping a feature chip (Lighthouses, Camping…) clears a conflicting Park Type automatically and tells you so. Search finds any park, state, type or city. Find your park asks 5 quick questions. Picked for you finds the 5 parks most similar to one you love.

On a park's page

Swipe the photo for the Near the park slide — directions, true satellite view, places to stay, food and fuel, all anchored to the park itself. The chip row under the photo jumps straight to Weather, Things to do, Reserve and more. The percentage pill is simply the rating × 20 — no interpretation. Share this park sends a link that opens directly to it.

Planning a trip

The Plan tab runs the whole trip: a day-by-day itinerary in 10 seconds, road trips, reservations, budget and what to pack. This weekend picks your best nearby Saturday — set your home city once in Settings so it knows where home is.

Playing

Play holds the treasure hunts: open a park first, then spot real things on-site for points, badges and streaks — solo or as a family. Points never affect rankings. Your passport (under Saved) keeps every stamp, visit and photo on your device.
